CHARLOTTE, NC: The Charlotte Rush are proud to announce that forwards Nicolas Yzaguirre and Tyler Dill have committed to Utica College for the 2018-2019 season.  Yzaguirre who serves as the Captain of the Rush has been off to a tremendous start having 15 points in just 11 games played this season.  Tyler Dill currently sits second on the team in goals with 5 and has 7 points thus far.  

For the Rush who currently sit in second place in the Elite South Division, these are the first two commitments of the season.  General Manager Ryan Cruthers stated “We are very proud of both Nicolas and Tyler.  They are going to a tremendous program in Utica College and playing in a very competitive conference.  Coach Gary Heenan is an excellent coach, who is getting two outstanding student athletes."

Charlotte intends to have a number of players committed to schools in the coming weeks.  “Looking ahead we had a handful of players depart for college visits this week.  We are starting to see the benefits of being a successful team in a great league.  I believe it speaks volumes to the credibility of the USPHL and the South Division.  We are very excited for the opportunities our players are getting to play at the NCAA level.” Stated Ryan Cruthers.
