We are excited to announce our partnership with Crossfit Pineville as the official workout facility of the Charlotte Rush!!

CrossFit Pineville Owner Brandon Shuck commented “As a staple in the Pineville community for over 10 years, we are excited to be the strength and conditioning facility for the Charlotte Rush Hockey Organization. It’s our honor to take this successful program to another level during this season”. Rush staff added, “As important as it is to be developing these players on the ice, it is equally important that they are developing in the weight room. It is such a pivotal time in their development stage as young men and they need specific training to grow off the ice.

In meeting with the CrossFit Pineville staff, we knew that this was the best facility and management to help take our players to a higher level this season.”
